Am in Canada but have not attend my school at all, is it still possible to change DLI
You need to get a new study permit. Start by being accepted by a new school. Then you have to apply for a new study permit.
Make sure you are not working.
No. Unless you apply for a new study permit.
but I will need to get a Letter of Acceptance from another school first before I could apply for another WP

Yes, you need a new letter of acceptance. Basically, the whole process, from applying to DLIs and getting accepted, to applying for new SP again after getting accepted in a DLI.

Yes, you need a new letter of acceptance from a new school before you can apply.
You will be applying for a new study permit, not a work permit.

Yes.

Hello Scylla, I submitted my CEC application 2 days ago and there was a question that asks:
“ have you listed all periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all off the organizations that’s belongs to (if any)?
I answered “YES” instead of N/A and submitted my application and also received AOR.
I Never worked for Military and Neither I worked or held any government position.
My work experience 2 years in Canada.
Can you please suggest what is the correct answer and how can I rectify the error?
Will this error impact my process?
Thank you

Just curious, does Yes or N/A have any impact on my application? I had my personal history all mentioned since I turned 18.

If you answered yes incorrectly, that could have an impact. You should fix this.
I agree, it just that the wording of the question had me confused by saying listing all (if any)
