My college just sent me an email that if I'm not travelling to Canada this fall term then I can cancel my health insurance and they will refund that money to my college account. If I cancel this then I will have to buy an individual health insurance when I can travel to Canada .. They charged me around $750 (included in college fees) for health insurance so when I will gonna buy a new health insurance, then what will the price of it? Also what is the best individual health insurance one can buy, which is also accepted for any International student?
There is no real health insurance you can buy individualy you will need to get it through the school, I am sure your school will make arrangements if you decide to travel.

Which province are you in? Did they say who you can buy it from? Do some research but I would advise you not cancel if you are going unless school provides detailed instructions how to do it.
