I am going to Centennial College and want to know that do I have to get a health insurance from India onlybor is it included in the fees.

Is the health insurance part of your fees. I believe all colleges, at least in Ontario have to cover students during their studies. Your cover will only start from the starting of classes. You will need to cover yourself till then.

I don't see any charge named as health insurance or health benefits or anything related to health on the fees breakdown that I have on my offer letter

You are covered by your college. Remember coverage starts only when the first classes start.
