I received intent to refuse letter two days back as they are saying that my work experience time period is less than one year but I got invitation and now they ask for more documentation also I have applied after 8 months of my work experience are there any chance they will refuse my application. I had one year of experience in different NOC and another year of skill trade job so what are the consequences I have sent them my pay statement to prove that I am still working with same company will that work or do I have to share more documentation. Please let me know

It's hard to answer your question without knowing which program you applied under. However your work experience is locked on the day you submit your application and you must meet the program requirements on the day you submit that application. Work experience gained after your application is submitted is not considered.
Post the full PFL letter here with your name removed. If we can see the actual letter, it will be easier to help. Assuming you received a PFL, this means IRCC intends to refuse your application.

If you applied after 8 months work experience thinking that time during application processing will count and you will hit 1 year of work during processing that logic doesn’t work for EE applications. You have to apply after you have completed the 1 year of work experienced.
