Intend to reject

Hi even am facing the same experience, i got an intend to reject in Feb and they never asked for the tax clearance documents, however if you notice the mentioned rule is applicable for applicants submitted post 2015 .. so even am confused. I wish they dont come back with another letter requesting the same again...

I believe they will never ask again for the documents!!!!!@tamila

AoT means; Area of Training.
By Intention to reject letter MIDI ask you to update or send missing document if your application is incomplete.

Hi rabeya we have the same timeline, did you have any updates after receiving aor?
Did everybody received their aor through Email? Or snail mail?

Do they only communicate through email if they need additional documents?

Im worried i might have missed an email from them,
They might have emailed me and i was not able to read them.
As i have not heard anything from them since september 2014 which is the date of my aor btw.

I received letter of intend to reject on 12 jan 2016 and forwarded the requested document.If anybody knows how long it takes to get CSQ after this stage, I will be real grateful to you.

MIDI asked me for Certified copies of academic Docs for me and my wife, including transcripts, However, i just had a son and i have added him together with the updated docs, Now will this delay the application or will have no impact in terms of time, please someone with same experience should share.

Hi Ppl!

Yesterday I received an email from MIDI with a subject line "Intend to reject", asking me to send them again certified transcripts and certificates. My educational documents are issued from Indian University. And currently, I am in QC. So, I am confused and out of ideas. Now, how can i get my documents certified to true from here(QC).
Please any inputs on this is welcome.
