i'm an international student in canada i want to go to england on a tourist visa in coming december to meet my brother... what procedure should i follow?

Hi,

Make sure you MUST have the following things at the time of entry/exit;

1. Study permit
2. Passport
3. Temporary Resident Visa (if it’s expired, MUST apply for a new TRV)
4. Multiple-Entry Visa

You need TRV for Canada. For UK, you should refer UK embassy website.
