Per is issued when cic evalutes the document and gives signal for processing
whereas Aor is issued when the application received to Visa office,
Generally in the forum and the member timeline of LVO i hope it omits AOR and likely to send direct MR,

I had sent my application on 17th feb and reach CIC on 22nd Feb.
my NOC reaches around this time only.

I till date dont get PER

I had send email inqury for the same on 12th Apr and got reply on 26th Apr that my application is with them and waiting for initial processing.

but till then no news.

Please advise what to do.
what are the chances for me to get PER?

I recommend you to check both ...
if you have submitted all the document mate then MR will take time,
Because they will do BC and SC....
and after it they will ask MR so we will get PP return soon with maple stamp...

I think your DD also expire,

I confirm with my bank and DD is valid for 6 months
so DD is not a issue.

dont know what they do. actully i am thinking to change/leave job. but waiting for the result.

Seeing your case i don't know what CIC is doing with your file...they are putting you in no mans land,
Or they like your file so much that they dont want to transfer out file to VO....
