Inquiries about Local Visa office

Hi,
I am new to this thread. Can anyone please tell me how the local visa office is determined? I am a Pakistani girl married to a Canadian citizen originally from Bangladesh. Our marriage was arranged by our parents and later we fell into love. We have applied in march just few months after our marriage. At this point we are waiting for file transfer and not sure how they will determine this as my sponsor is from different country of birth. Any similar case like us out there so we can get some idea about the timelines.

Its mostly pa country i believe but you never know... If pa is pakistani i believe files are processed in london visa office.

Has there been any file transfer to LVO recently for Pakistani applicant.
