I sent couple of faxes to ottawa regional health center, and called ottawa as well to confirm that they have my results. Call center agent told me that they only entered my results in computer today after 9 months of receiving it. We cant even complaint anyone

I sent the fax last night, and they entered it in this morning,

i feel ya girl ..get something to do for an extra week to get your mind off the process?.waiting can inwardly eat you!..
do you call just once?. maybe you sh0uld try calling multiple times?
Call the call center and asked them if they have your previous medicals on file or not.
They don't have mine and VO has asked me to provide them with medical results.
Just need a little help if anyone can, I finally received my FBI clearance today and need to send it in to attach to my file..anyone know exactly what I should write on the envelope or for the cover letter? I just want to make sure I do it right! thanks
joce write you client ID # on the envelope (the one that goes inside the standard envelope provided by canada post/fedex/ups/dhl or any other courier you are using to mail your FBI clearance), along with your name and sponsor's/sponsored's name, DOB and the type of application (family class sponsorship) so it would be easy to locate your current application. Include this info in your cover letter as well, just in case.
