Inland spousal sponsorship and work permit extension

Hi,

Hoping you can help me with this since i'm also on the IEC work permit. When I fill in the work permit application which option should I choose:

Apply for a work permit same employer, restore status as a worker, new permit or with new employer.

Hi All,

I am applying for spousal PR sponsorship application for my wife. via the online PR application portal. I also need to apply for a work permit application along with her PR application as her work permit is expiring soon, is there any provision to submit it online?
