Inland PNP nominee and Outland Spouse and Son

I got PNP nomination from NS and I’m gonna apply for PR (Paper based ) soon
1.my spouse and son is in India . Is there any additional forms and procedures associated with normal application package? Pls reply
2.my spouse lived in Canada for a period 2 years with spouse open work permit. But now he is in India , do I need to submit PCC for his Canadian stay period? Pls reply
