PNP (skilled worker overseas stream)

Hi,

My sister(with her spouse) is applying PR in CIC under PNP (skilled worker overseas stream) from outland. Can anyone please confirm if below are the documents checklist?
Do they need to provide bank statements/ financial document/ sponsorship/ Employment letter/ Education certificates?

1. Generic application form(IMM008)- Applicant
2. Schedule A-background declaration (IMM 5669) - Applicant and Spouse
3. Supplementary information-Your travels(IMM 5562)- Applicant
4. Schedule 4: Economic classes-Provincial Nominees
5. Additional Family Information(IMM 5406) -Applicant and Spouse
6. Travel Document and Passport -Applicant and Spouse
7. Confirmation of Nomination letter
8. Proof of language proficiency-Applicant and Spouse
9. Identity and Civil Status Documents
9.1-Birth certificate -Applicant and Spouse
9.2-Marriage certificate
9.3-National ID with translated copy -Applicant and Spouse
10. Police certificate -Applicant and Spouse
11. Photo(two copies for each member)- Write name , DOB on the back of one photo -Applicant and Spouse
12. Fee payment
13. Two self address label
14. Mail you application to:

im not an express entry program ....just the regular paper-based PR applicant to CIO (i applied on line as SWO wayback July 2014 to MPNP).

i followed the IMM 5690E checklist..to apply as Provincial Nominee and follow Application for Permanent Residence: Guide for Provincial Nominees [IMM EP7000].

NO NEED for bank statements/ financial document/ sponsorship/ Employment letter/ Education certificates (because they did not asked) ;D


regarding mailing of the application....i sent via fedex (for tracking purposes)..@ 49 dorchester st.sydney, NS ( the PO Box is for postal mail)
