Yes it's normal my file transferred from Sydney to etobicoke and then etobicoke to Vancouver

i am also in the same boat as you. but good thing about you is your file is in Sydney and so many PNP applications got approval from there while my file is in Vancouver and they are sleeping from the past 2 months.
