I am full time open work permit holder and currently residing in ON, Canada.

I am planning to marry a person who just got CoPR few days ago, and haven’t received PR card yet.

Can I marry her? Do we have to wait until her PR card arrives? Will there be any issue in her PR process? Will she be able to sponsor me for Spousal visa for my own PR?

Or shall we wait until PR card comes to her and then get married and then apply for my pr?
