That would be part of the AIP letter. It says (paraphrasing), before we can continue processing we need the following things- and it will say what you specifically need to provide.
 
[swearing like a sailor] I can't believe I missed that detail.... I have no idea what we were thinking using that email address in the first place! Oh well... I guess I just gotta be grateful I got at least 1 letter :P
