Inland Landing Interview from Vancouver Office: waiting time

Haven't recieved anything yet. We are inland applicants, just waiting to do the landing interview that we are trying to reschedule

I managed to get through the phone directory and reach an agent. We will expect a new interview schedule letter sometime after Sept 6. they said

I found this instruction post below. I got to the point where it tells you where to send an email and the details required, then it offers you to press something to hear it again or press * to go back. I pressed star and then pressed 0 and it connected me.
There is a 1-888-242-2100 or 603-944-4000 number

Just got back home from Landing Interview. Here’s my experience -

Appointment time was at 8:30am. Got there at 7:30. Got inside by 8:00am. Waiting for 1hr and got called at desk #2.
Gave the officer ID’s and any work permit we had. Asked when did you enter Canada? Did you get any trouble with the police? Any plans on leaving the country in next 3-4 weeks? He said, PR card can take upto 4 weeks to receive. Then he said, Congratulations and gave us COPR! Thats pretty much it. This whole process took less than 10min.
P.S - Office is too small and people were standing inside. It was way too crowded. Make sure you get there 1hr before your interview time.

Now waiting for PR card in mail. Website showing 12 Days processing time. Usually its faster.

Good luck to all of you guys! Will let you guys know how much time it’ll take for PR card to receive in mail.

Gah. I just got my interview date, August 28 but I am away then. I emailed but is there a phone line? I tried calling the numbers above, the 604 number said it was not valid, the 888 number has a lot of options but doesn’t sound like it’s local to the Vancouver office.

Yes, you have to bring any and all valid work permits or visas along (they void them when they give you the PR paper).

Yes you must bring your work permit. They'll cancel it before giving you COPR.

Got our interview date today! August 30th at 8:30am.

Does anyone know if traveling to the USA immediately after this interview is okay? I know they take your work permit, but you don't get your PR card for a while yet. We've planned a trip to Portland leaving the afternoon of August 30. Obviously this far out, it can still be canceled.
