How come you're exempt if you don't have LMIA, or you do have it?

Anyways, it's good that they are taking permanent jobs in to account even if one does not have LMIA with offer. ;D

Yep. I have LMO based job.
One of the last LMOs approved before they shut down boarders in April 2014 n open them in June with LMIAs n new rules.

Heh, it looks that processing time is increasing. I expect to get my GCMS notes next week, and I'm July applicant. Guess they've done even less than for your application.

Oh same here...i was bit worried coz i m wth spouse and i have shown 12k..coz thats wat my consultant told nt to worry for funds..just show how much you have..recent rejection was making me bit worried though i was aware that i m good as of cic instructions about funds..

It's cruel isn't it! I'm June AOR also - I'm just wondering would if I should of been refused my now or do they just send refusal or positive DM at the same time.
