Inland Family Class Sponsorship and Open Work Permit, Implied Status - Sent or Received?

My wife is on visitor visa expiring in July. We submitted application 3 weeks ago, and nothing from CIC yet.
Implied status is only for applicant submiited OWP, not PR, am I rught?
Any post has updates on processing time for In-land Appl. this year?

Yes, Implied Status is only granted to those who submit the OWP.

They were sending out AORs to May 2 applicants on the last Friday - May 26, but yours has been received by IRRC on May 4 as I can see from your posts, so you have to wait day or two. Maybe tomorrow, but the statistic shows that Tuesday is a better day.
If you won't get anything by the end of the week then you should call them.

We are applying for PR and OWP at the mean time.

I was tracking closely the issuing AORs process with others May 1 & May 2 applicants. Most of us have AOR received last Friday/Thursday. It seems logical to me if your application unlike ours reached them on May 4 and you get a bit later AOR respectively.
