No, I called CIC and they told me that my application is being processed by the Montreal Office.

Congrats! Great news. What does your background check says specifically on gckey? Does it say "Your application is in progress" or does it say "we are processing your background check"?

No change in my CiC. "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

If you're the applicant you can call for sure, not sure about sponsors

I'm using a rep too and yes you can call bc i have called before and they ask some questions to know know that it's your app
