have you been constantly employed since you put up an application? coz i am out of status as well and they asked for my wifes last 6 months paystub in which she changed her job so she did not work for 2 months. i hope that would not be a problem

the sponsor i do have a job my husband not working yet but he had offer and just waiting to start once everything is good

i am scared now coz i am out of status since last 3 years as well and now suddenly they sent a letter to give them last 6 months paystub i hope they don’t create any issue with my wife being unemployed between the jobs

thanks for kind words. Also they have said if you are unable to provide paystubs then write a letter of explanation. Any suggestions on what to write?
