Did you go through the process of setting it up? Mine showed up as Sally and Paul not PandS like here. I wonder if it has anything to do with the name that we use on our email account.

Yes, actually when you create your case the system automatically set your username, mine was also different but you can edit it.

Go to the dashboard, click on My profile and you can easily change your username.

Just thought if you dont mind how much did you pay for the cinsultant

Its 600. We tried on the lawyer we pay 650 just for consultation but no help at all, all they want is for them to do the papers and pay 4500 plus the application fee

Hahahahaha Good idea @LeeTel ! There are plenty of immigration consultants out there, maybe when we become permanent residents.

OMG 4.500 just to fill the forms?!!

Yes. And the thing was i already fill up all the forms, prepared with the proof and everything all they have to do is to check if theres any mistake we made. And the lawyer said that tey cant say anything unless we pay them to do it. So what i did was to search for a consultant to help us and tell us whats best for us to do. I went immigroup payed 560 they checked our papers and Advised us what we need to do. Marks everything so that we went wont missed anything. They were a good help, now just waiting.
