There's a list on the IRCC website of approved practices. I would reccomend just calling each one within Toronto to compare prices as they can vary greatly.

I hope so. I hadn't linked my OWP app to online account since I misunderstood, I did it a week ago. When I linked it, the status was pending registration. .
I am worried if I have to wait another 4 months. .
I have linked PR app though. .
Too scary to ask them :(

I just checked it right after I wrote here!
2years! Finally :)
