I called my physician and he sent my med results by email.

Update - Medical passed in the online account and ECAS also mentions "medical results have been received".

Quick summary
App received - Aug-24
AOR - Sep-19
Medical req - Nov-07
Medical passed - Nov-22

Can anyone share what's the next step (s) and timeline will be (approx)? No OWP in our case. She already has PGWP.

Next should be background check and sponsor approval.
It should start soon, maybe next month for Aug. applicants, and it can last for the next 8 months. Meanwhile, they can ask for additional documents, interview or just keep in silent, and then start updating everything by the end of the process.

AOR: Sep.21
OWP: received in Oct 30
Medical request: Nov 13.
Still waiting for my medical exam.
Do you guys have any idea about the timeline for OWP in Edmonton? I sent my OWP application after I got FN.

I've received the actual work permit today! going to service canada tomorrow to get SIN. And my PR app also updated "Medical Passed"

Oh you havent received it yet? Mine just got approved last friday and I got it today. Maybe, because Im also from edmonton where they are processing it.

Hello. I received an email today stating they were mailing my OWP! It is valid for 2 years.
It says Type: Permit-WP-EXT Does anyone know what the letters mean?
Also, if there were restrictions on the permit would it indicate it on this letter?

It seems that there's always a big silence and in the end, they start updating everything and schedule your interview to issue the Confirmation of Permanent Residence. A friend of mine experienced the same and got COPR last week.

Permit-WorkPermit-EXTension
If there are restrictions, it will be written on your work permit, not in this letter.
