do we have any news with approved owp? i believed the last one was Aug 7 app. received. anyone beyond that get theirs? Im an Aug 9 received up but there 's still no update.

My OWP changed to we are reviewing your eligibility today.

Man this CIC call system is almost impossible to get through. I wonder how long their queues are (in terms of persons), I find it weird that every time I've called, even at 8:00AM, I'm locked out. I've even called prior to opening at 7:57 just to time it so I'd get the option to transfer to an agent at 8:00 AM and nothing. Still no MR or OWP here...

App. received: Aug.03, 2018
AOR: didn't receive
Medical request: Oct.30, 2018
Medical done: Nov.02, 2018
Medical submitted: Nov.13 or Nov.14, 2018
OWP approved by email: Nov.13, 2018

I have tried lots of times but I gave up.

I've had concerns about not being able to link my OWP later, and then I decided just ask what I needed to know through webform. They should receive lots of call from people like us that are just desperate for an update but don't really have any issues with the app. I'll try to reach them only for urgences and let the line free for those who really need.

I hope you can reach them and see some movement in your app soon.

I regret that I didn't apply OWP the same time when I applied PR, and it seems that I have to mail OWP application to them instead of online application as I haven't got approval in principle. But when I filled out imm5710 and tried to print it, the security setting shows that Printing is NOT allowed? I tried different computer, different browser and none worked.

Could someone tell me how to solve this problem?

I just downloaded the IMM5710 form and for me it's working fine, I have the option to print it normally.
Check if you have the latest form and if you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.

I suppose you are trying to fill online the forms for those applicants who can apply online, because they already have AIP. Just to be clear, if you are filling the forms to apply ONLINE, you CAN'T print the forms.

If you don't have AIP so, you have to download the forms described in the Guide 5553 or To Apply on Paper and fill on screen, then print and mail it.
