Thanks guys. Also for your question, I received the email (sponsor). Interestingly it has a new UCI on it that does not match my spouse's old one.

Just to mention, I checked my TR visas and I realise they kept the same UCI number on the PR app. I have no idea which is the criteria for that. The UCI number that was on the AOR belongs to my sponsor, I found mine when I linked my app.

Yes, unfortunately the system will be off at least until tomorrow 5:30 am.

About the UCI, they also kept the same number for the sponsor, which is the same since PR and citizenship, we had previously informed the number on the forms.

So theres a chance they kept my citizenship uci as my sponsor file number? And the wifes trv id number as hers?

Not as the "file number". The app number is different and starts with Fxxxxxxxx

But yes, they probably will keep the UCI numbers, and you will be able to check your app status on ECAS using both yours and hers UCI numbers.

Hi and welcome @lee43 !

Some of us already got AOR, you can check latest postings. I've got AOR within 24 days after app was received.
Your AOR must arrive soon by the end of this week or maybe next week.

Our application was received on August 16th, and we are still waiting for AOR.

I must also say that a few documents could not be included initially, so we chose to write an explanation letter. We have since sent everything.

I am just praying that they will not return the file.

Follow this steps and just fill the questions I listed, this worked for me on the first attempt. Note that you have only 5 tries in 24h, if you exceed the 5 chances you'll have to wait 24hs to try again. Let us know if its works for you too.

What did you use as the identifying number? I put my uci number, last name, birthday, and country of origin.... the ECAS shows that it is in process.

The number of the receipts doesn't work, you must try your UCI or the app. number. Since you don't have AOR yet, you do not know your app. number, so try the UCI number you may have from previous visas.
