Inland at Etobicoke or Border crossing

In my COPR place of birth has a letter misprint. Can i notify the cic officer at the time of landing? If yes then
Need your advice to decide whether i should go for inland landing at Etobicoke cic office of should cross border and walk in back at Niagara.
Please suggest guys.
