Thank you. i called them to update my phone number and while in the phone the agent told me everything was a pass. He said something like "it's not official until it's official" and I should be hearing something soon about wrapping things up (he was mentioning my passport). Then the agent started saying "hello" like the connection went bad and the line went dead.

Still haven't received any communication but I am feeling so fine!

Wonder what the timeline are for up north. Perhaps it takes a bit for the file to get transferred up here. Who knows. I have no idea how it works.

All I know is yesterday and today I am feeling amazing

Hey guys so I got my landing letter and it is scheduled on saturday . . . odd isn't it? I tried to call them if they might put the wrong date but service canada said it is supposedly opened.

And one more thing--in the letter it said I need to bring "Certified copies of seized ID Documents and Notice of Seizure form" What is this???

It's easy. We actually had to reschedule twice. My wife went on holidays and we were first rescheduled the day of her flight so we sent a letter to IRCC office explaining why and they got back to us with another date but the date that was given us was wrong because my wife would still be on holidays and they responded right away that we will be rescheduled when she's back. We got our 3rd appointment a week before she was back.

So basically the reason must be valid and send a letter not informing them that you wil not be there (it shouldn't sound or look like your PR is not important) instead ask them if they would grant your request.

Mine is still in progress too and I'm landing next week. In my case I got DM letter five days after, then landing letter two weeks after. You will be fine and congratulations

Which I cannot do it... I have my masters exam on 24th of May on Europe
and I was planning to get back to Canada on 26th...

I will try to reschedule but I can't see any phone number in the email... just fax and email

Just email then and explain. You'll be rescheduled, that is a very good reason to reschedule.

Yes you're supppse to send them an email. They won't entertain any phone call because things has to be documented.
