Dear dermire, we are also August 2015 applicants. We got med request on December 7th. Only got an appointment on December 21, and we are still waiting for any news from CIC. To this point, no SA, no AIP, no DM. When I called CIC in mid-december, they told me that now the med request doesn't necessarily comes after SA and AIP. I guess our turn is coming soon...

Dear dermire, we are also August 2015 applicants. We got med request on December 7th. Only got an appointment on December 21, and we are still waiting for any news from CIC. To this point, no SA, no AIP, no DM. When I called CIC in mid-december, they told me that now the med request doesn't necessarily comes after SA and AIP. I guess our turn is coming soon...

August 19 here, no SA/AIP till date. Since we have crossed the 16th month mark, I am not sure if complaining will help

Except for a couple random people, they haven't touched December yet. I'd imagine us hearing very soon. Since September - November already have so many completed and they are working July and August...we'd should get progress soon.

thanks for replying. i am an august 25th applicant. i received the med request this week and i got an appt for the doctor Jan 10th. after that i dont know. hehehehe whats taking them so long... its just frustrating sometimes.. and when u call the cic agent, they're all useless, you wont get any answers from them, they will tell you just wait, we can't do anything, they're not so helpful and most of them are rude too! oh well.. all we can do is wait. wait and wait.. are u from toronto? i am from toronto. keep us posted

Yesterday in eCAS, the sponsorship application status changed to "Decision Made", the PR application status shows "Application Received"
Mycic updated with eligibility review in progress.

What does all this indicate, I am hoping it to be good.

I had the similar scenario and after couple of days I received "Sponsor Approval" via email.
