Under Sponsorship Application Status
Should I be concerned?
Flaviata- Even i have the same status under Sponsorship Application Status. I think it changed on 6th or 7th Sept to Decision made. And under Pr status it says Application received. I can only see this in my Sponsors ECAs. Let me know if you get anything else.

Hello
That decision made under sponsorship box is just an approval of sponsor and they only updated the system. Apparently we need to get decision made under two boxes, sponsorship and PR status.
Funny enough i couldn't link my application to my cic. It keep telling me it can not search for my application.

What is the normal processing time after you get your AIP?
Got an email on 16th sep
"We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The
Canada Immigration Centre in Montreal will contact you to arrange an appointment for the
finalization of your permanent resident application."
It means "Decision Made" on my application.

The landing interview is NOT the same as an interview to determine eligibility (relationship proof).
ALL Inland applicants must attend a landing interview, where they are (usually) asked three simple questions:
Have you committed a crime?
Has your relationship, or family information changed?
Have you been told to leave Canada?
Quick and painless!
Has anyone ever rescheduled an Inland final decision Interview? Kindly advice if yes.
April 2015 applicant here.
We finally received our AIP (first stage) letter and requests for additional items (additional relationship proof, fingerprints, police certificates, etc.)
For the successful applicants, can you advise what kind of proof of relationship documents did you send in?

Hello, we sent in a lot of stuff! I figured too much was better than not enough. We sent a timeline of photos with friends and family and us all together. We sent in bank statements with our address. We sent in medical bills with our common address. We sent in letters from friends confirming our relationship and longevity. We also sent in tax return statements where we filed common law and had our address on it. Basically any bills with your address and on or both your names, any photos with more than just the two of you (meeting each others friends/family), any letters from friends (not family) regarding your relationship. Any proof of marriage if you have it? We didn't have proof of marriage as we were just common law and didn't have a problem.
