Hey everyone.

My husband has received AOR for the sponsorship application but I haven't gotten anthing like that for the owp. I know there is a chance that they don't send it out at all but im just wondering whether there is two different AOR's.

CIC received app Aug 27th, I got AOR Nov 25th.

There is no AOR or anything for the OWP, it just shows up in your mailbox after 4-5 months

Yes. It can take up to 4 months

Does anyone know what is going on with all these December 2015 applicants getting AOR's? My application was received on November 24th and I haven't received my AOR and I see many others waiting even longer. Should I/we call CIC?

Same here. My application was received on November 26th, nothing from CIC yet.

I just called CIC and the agent told me my OWP is processed and on the way now. I submitted my application about 4 month and 3 weeks ago, and I have been calling them since the application hit 4 months deadline. Good luck to everyone that's still waiting and make sure you contact the CIC if you didn't get your AOR as well...

What number do you guys call? I have tried to call several times to the number on the website and I never have luck. Always says the line is too busy. What should I do? Sent application October 5th.

No point calling yet. They will tell you to call once it reaches 4 months in Feb if you haven't got your OWP.

I called +1-888-242-2100.

If the line is busy and the call is hung up by CIC, I will try 10 mins later. You can get to the agent after a few tries. And yes, they won't tell you anything unless you application was received more then 4 month before.

If it helps anyone waiting for their AOR and OWP, today marks three months since the CIC received my application package and I have yet to hear anything.

Ah, ok! I'm a Oct. 19 applicant and haven't received an AOR yet.
