Currently the processing time for an initial Permanent Resident card is 34 days on IRCC's website. Is it 34 days from the date you landed and entered Canada? Or 34 days after they start processing the application for a PR card (and if yes, when is that?)?
Does IRCC send an email when they start processing your initial PR card application and do they provide an application number?
Link your application to GC KEY and you will see the progress. The PR card application is initiated the day you are issued a eCOPR for inland candidates and the day you Land and the immigration officer confirms you as the PR and submits your application for PR card
