OP, find out from agent if you really received NOI based on the draw scores, wrong emails and just screen shots. Assume you did ECA through MCC.

MCC Approached to my physicians apply account. I receieved activity mail from physicians apply account that " ontario accessed to your account."

You need to take control of your file. You would have submitted your EE profile so should know your exact score. Make sure agent isn’t lying or misrepresenting you. Did you get ECA through MCC?

So that is good. Again you should be in control of your account, not letting an agent send you screenshots.

Yes ECA has already been done back in 2021. For the control of account i will check with him

You don't really need an agent, create your mycic account and link you application, after you application is successfully linked your agent will loose access to your profile, the old email your agent is using will be deactivated, but your agent will get a notification.
