hello Everyone,
I am confused right now actually what happened is I completed my study 1 year in private and 1 Year SPP college.
Now i got to know that i will be eligible for 1 year work permit only.
Other thing is my girlfriend completed her study in 2018 and got her 3 years of work permit.
An agent here in canada suggested me that even if we are not married, still i can apply for an open work permit on her behalf as we live together and in a relationship since last year and i can get same length of work permit as girlfriend have right now
And same thing i asked from another consultant she said no only married couples can apply for that work permit.
Even i have never heard about common law applications or success about it.
Please let me know if anyone have same experience or if anyone know the success rate of this.
We are not married but we are in a genuine relationship since April 2018 and started living together in October.

We are not married but we are in a genuine relationship since April 2018 and started living together in October.
We are living together since 1st may 2018 but that time the lease was on her name only and since 1st October 2018 we rented another place and have lease on name of me and my girlfriend both and since October yes we have same address for all the mails or bank accountand mobile bills but internet is only on my name.
Also , she had a card with only 500 limit and i have a credit card with 5000$ limit so i added her name in my account last week , so that she can use and access my credit. I don’t know if this will be useful.
