After completion 1 stage receiving AOR from CIO, in 2nd stage Xerox of Application forms and supporting docs send to CHC, there is any other form need to fill or not, when Landing fee submit, on request or with docs when we send to CHC?,

which docs to send u ll get in ur AOR(email)
read the visa office checklist
landing fee u may send with full docs or with medical or PPR(when they ask)

Please check the local visa officer guide very carefully first. You would be required to send notarized photocopies of the documents to local visa office and some original documents as well it all depends upon the local visa office and RPRF can be submitted along with the documents or if not submitted then will be required at a later stage.
