Hello all

I got my Indian PCC from embassy here in USA on June 4th. I am planning to submit e-APR by end of next week. Do I need to get a new Indian PCC or can I use it which i got on June 4th 2018?

Thanks in advance

This PCC will be 4 months old once you file E-APR end of next week. By the time, visa officer will start looking into your application, if it will be 6 months older, they can ask for a new one.

If I were you, I will get a newer one. Rest its your decision.

Are you currently living in the US? Was the PCC issued after the last day your were in India? If yes, it will be fine. If you have not travelled to India after PCC issue date then there is no expiry (6 month) requirement.

Thanks. Yes I am currently in the US and not been to India since past 5 years. I got my PCC from Indian embassy on July 4

Thanks. Just confirming that they will not reject right.
