Please let us know how long Indian PCC is valid? We received our PCC on 13th June from Indian Consulate. We are residing in United States and have not visited India after that. Our first application was cancelled. So wanted to know if we can use the same Indian PCC for the next application.

It is valid as long as you don't visit India again. If your current country of residence is US, then PCC of India should be after you left India. It will be valid till you visit India again. For your current country of residence, in your case its US I assume, the PCC can be upto 6 months old.
As much as I know and am aware of, an Indian PCC is valid from 6-12 months period. I say so because I know people whose PCC which was 7-months old was not considered and at the same time one other guy's PCC which was 9-month being considered. Both were Indian PCC letters.
