I am working in Canada now. To get PCC, I was going through the BLS International checklist and some discussion forums. I have a situation wherein the address in my passport is my apartment in Bangalore. I have rented out the apartment when I moved out of India. My parents are in Gujarat and I do not have any address proof for myself in Gujarat as I have been out of Gujarat for many years. My tenants are presently staying in my Bangalore apartment.
I think I have to give Bangalore address for PCC because I do not have any address in Gujarat. If a police officer visits the apartment for verification, is it ok if my tenant gives them the info they want? What are the papers, documents officers generally ask for verification? I have Aadhaar, voter-id, etc with Bangalore apartment address so is it ok if I send photo copies of these docs to my tenant that he can show them to the officer for verification ?
