In transit from HCI to BLS. Booked an appointment to submit my OCI application on Nov 1st.

They don't seem to be getting any faster
Toronto and Vancouver atleast are maintaining the pre ban timelines.

Hi, any idea when will they start processing e visas? I have travel on Dec but based on current timelines I don’t think I can get SC and OCI by that time - so checking for other options

That only GOI can answer. I read the MEA and Canadian foreign minister had a secret meeting in USA. Hopes thing cool down and they start it. But it being hot topic quick decision is tough to come by. Which location are you from?

I will go to BLS to collect SC and ask them . I think some sort of self- declaration or affidavit is required.
