yes, I did in person in Toronto with Premium Lounge appointment (paid extra 200 for 2 application). For bls tracking if I use DOB it gives me different person info and if I use passport number it gives me this result : 
Dear applicant, your incomplete/ incorrect application is being sent back because of the following reason/s: 1. consulate fees have been revised with effect from 1st april 2021 refer bls website for details, you need to submit the correct fee amount, otherwise application cannot be processed. 2. incorrect place of birth 3. canada address missing 4. re-do online application and sign (print each and every detail as per passport/exactly from passport without any spelling mistakes) we are sending back the following original documents 
I am seeing this from day 1. Didn't receive application back or any email.
None of this is true. In premium lounge they checked all details and they suggested the fees and I paid 278/- for each application.
People are telling me, it has to update here  
https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html first and then I have to check BLS. Not sure what is happening. This is so frustrating, not able to get hold of anyone at BLS when I call.
Is anyone in this boat ?
