Does anyone recently experienced with New York consulate office to get the India PCC?
If I apply in person, how long it is taking for receiving the PCC from this consulate?

Thanks Tom, but unfortunately I don't have time that much. I need it within 15 days.
I actually applied to Washington consulate, but they returned my application back. Reason being "Out of Juridiction". So I need to apply for New York and get it in 15 days, no other option it seems.

They will take 5-6 weeks as they said to me last week
