Yupp almost. May take up to a week to receive. So total almost 32-35 days for whole process.

I was able to track my application on PSK from Dec 14, and the local police contacted my family on 21st Dec. So I'm assuming in about a week or so you should get a call for verification.

1. Do we really have to send our original passport and PR card (status in Canada), alongwith photocopies of the same as the checklist says (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/CanadaVisaCCT/toronto-PCC-Checklist-Rev-10-10-NOV-18-2020.pdf)?
2. Do we have to really include another check other than $44.40? The checklist says to include another check to pay for BLS fee but BLS website doesn say any such thing.
3. Finally, can someone who has recently applied, please for the love of god write a detailed write up of what they did? The ones looking to apply now are utterly lost due to incompetence of the Indian mission. Please help out your brothers and sisters.

1 > Yup thats fine i did the same
2 > you have to pay pick up and drop off fee which is 50.7 dollars (on the package stick the pick up barcode which you will receive from BLS site )
i went to Purolator depot instead waiting for pickup guy as it near my house
