It will take around 3 weeks to show your record details in bls site. I have called them after 2 weeks of my Purolator delivered my application and they told to wait for 1 more week. After 3 weeks you will see the record details in bls site

Finally after after close to two months i am about to get PCC (hopefully tomorrow).


Documents reached BLS - May 8th
BLS started processing my application -- May 26th
Documents reached at CGI -- May 27th
Police verification initiated -- June 5th
Police verification completed in India by local police -- June 13th
Pcc need to collect from regional passport office(status from PSK status link) -- 19th June.
PCC grated ---23rd June
PCC Printed -- 23 rd June.
PCC transit from CGI to BLS ---30th June
PCC sent by BLS(purolator)--2nd July

Mine also dispatch on 2 July. Are you able to track the shipment?

BLS provided the purolator tracking number in status. I think only be evening we can track if you are in toronto you would get it mostly tomorrow.

PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office. The applicant would receive an e-mail/sms once the PCC is ready for collection. How many more days it takes to print and send it back to me?

These guys are highly inefficient and really crazy. Was able to connect finally and he mentioned that they will pick up application for processing only after 2 weeks after receiving. Their logic is that they are putting application envelope in Self-Quarantine for 2 weeks.

I sarcastically asked today to the guy that what happens if my application packet develops symptoms after 7 days? Will they refer it for testing and whether they will contact me in that case? The guy was really annoyed but I was totally pissed off. They are charging 60 CAD for the pick and drop and the quality of service is not worth a penny.

Problem is that these guys hardly know anything about customer service. Need to be a little more professional.

Hello All, after almost 2 months,we finally received our PCC. Our timelines are as below in case it helps anyone:

Purolater pickup for Brampton BLS: 07 May 2020
Recieved at BLS: 08 May 2020
BLS tracker updated: 26 May 2020
Passport admin mail received: 03 Jun 2020
Police verification at home: 11 Jun 2020
PSK tracker updated ( PCC ready to collected from RPO): 16 May 2020
PSK tracker updated (PCC printed): 23 Jun 2020
BLS tracker updated (Ready for dispatch, pick up by Purolater): 30 Jun 2020
PCC received: 02 Jul 2020

Overally Consulate is taking definitely 6 weeks for processing the application. I have made plenty of calls to BLS and Consulate for getting updates on status though.
