I don’t know what they are doing now, it is been 9 days today and still we cannot see anything on their website, is there any alternative?

I have sent the application via postal on April 28 and got my first update on May 13 from BLS. I enquired with them over the phone and could understand that now it is taking almost a month for processing due to the current pandemic situation.

I just called them and the customer service rep just disconnected my call (I feel like he slapped the phone on my face) by simply saying they don't know how long it will take,

haha wt d heck is it really that much frustrating job? why can't they simply answer to queries

I emailed them last week and they replied on monday saying that I will be able to track it by the end of this week.

As i mentioned
1.) Go to ANY PUROLATOR location
2.) Tell them you want to send papers to BLS with Return Envelope
3.) The Customer care attendant will handle the rest
4.) PAY THE PRICE
5.) Wait for the Return Package

my application got shipped to BLS Brampton on April 28, at the moment I see the status as “In Transit from BLS Centre to Consulate General“. Any idea on how many more days it’s going to take?

Are you tracking under passport section ( postal application) with date of birth? Or is there any other method for tracking?

IF your jurisdiction comes under toronto consulate, then only photo copy is needed. Make sure you self attest all photocopies.
