Hi anybody in same Boat as me PCC Submitted at BLS on 25th Oct still not got Police Verification Initiation mail its now close to 3 weeks.
Should i apply for a fresh PCC or wait.
I have mailed Consulate and RPO Delhi but not getting any response from anywhere

Thanks for your response. Looks like the portal which I was accessing is older. I had to use portal4 instead of portal3. All good now.

(c) Indian Passport (Original & Copy) All the Passport applicants are required to enclose Self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages of Indian Passport. Must enclose copy of the observation page (if any) related to change of name/ surname etc.

Hi. Based on above BLS check-list, do I just need copies of first two and last two pages of my passport? Somewhere else on the internet, I read about needing Canada Visa, Entry and Exit stampings.

Your help is appreciated.

Hey guys, my application status on Passport Seva has been "PCC has been printed" for over a week now. Any idea how long it usually takes after the PCC has been printed?

expect by next week. If not,and it is CGI Toronto, then follow up with the consulate.

Hi. Need suggestion for PCC after ITA (CEC ).
We got ITA during the last draw on my wife's profile. We did not apply pcc yet as we were not sure about job points until my wife received her closed wp.
I am currently in India since 2 weeks and wife will be travelling to India this week and we return back together on 26th.
Since both our parents live in the same town now ( but addresses different from those in our passports) will it be easier if we apply PCC while we are in India? Are we allowed to do that? Or we can only apply after returning back to Canada?

Yes, you can do that. Choose the delivery option. Since you can't stay in the country after the PCC is issued, my suggestion is that you leave the country as soon as police verification is done. I don't know anyone who has done this, but I read this somewhere on this forum. But if you can come by next week, I'll suggest you apply from within Canada. You still got ample time to request a PCC.

Hi! My application is pending as "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate" since Nov 9. File number is generated. Does someone know how many days next status change to "police verification initiated" takes? I confirmed my family back in India and they haven't received call from PS.

Hi Taran, I have applied for PCC for my 72year old mum who lives here in canada with me. She is a PR here. I was told that someone needs to be at home in India so that they can complete process of PCC. I have applied through BLS and paid for purolator dervice aswell. I have no one in India currently. Do you have any idea if info I recieved is correct or not...??? Thanking in advance.

Mine is from Oct 28 ( Same status - Police Verification report is clear. PCC is available for issuance). I believe, it will take 4 more weeks to receive PCC. Please let me know if your status changes.

Yes it is how would they verify that she used to live there.
