Sure, I will !! & I must do it.. Do we have any separate email ID for HIC Ottawa that deals with PCC?
There is one for Toronto : pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in for sure . may be replacing city name works or is on the public website?
My PCC got clear and ready for issuance from 5th Oct, no movement further even after writing to pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in. Is this right email, its getting delivered to Sanjiv Kumar <pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in>. Anyone faced this situation recently, looking for suggestions!

Yes, I am in an exact same situation. Today, this Sanjiv guy said "we will issue by next week". So, let's see.

Finally, status got changed to "Police Clearance Certificate has been printed."

I have received my PCC today & they didn't sent my original passport (BLS Ottawa needs Original passport to process the PCC).
I am not sure if it will be with BLS/ HIC. Raised a ticket with BLS & not sure when they will get back to me. Is there any Email id to which I can send complaint to?
