Not yet. Still showing "PCC is clear, ready for issuance". Typically people have got their status changed to "Printed" after 6-7 working days, so I am still waiting.

I have submitted in person application to Brampton canada on 17th april 2023. Still no progress at all and sampark does not reply stating the status of the application. Also local police station does not know where it is? Any idea what can I do?

18-Apr - Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate.
21-Apr - Police Verification Report is clear.PCC is available for issuance.

24th April: On Passport Seva Global Tracking - Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate.
After this, I sent about 50 emails to my local police station and called many people to get it started as I don't know anyone who lives in India. Finally they contacted me on ways to do the PCC and I sent all possible documents and address proofs for my stay in India.
4th May - Police Verification Report is clear.PCC is available for issuance.
Now it is upto BLS Vancouver and CGI Vancouver to do it fast

It looks like, the printer doesn't work in the CGI all week, maybe they are on energy-saving mode or not allowed to print it every day. PCC is available for issuance since Mon - and it's still on the same status!

how it is fast for you, I submitted on same date 17th april but still dont know who has the application because my local police station police dont know and cant see it online..
