India PCC from Toronto

Hi Guys,

This status "PCC is ready for issuance" will show up on BLS tracking or Passport Seva Kendra tracking?

My police verification done in India 2 days ago but still shows "In process with High Commission" on BLS website.

Bls wont update until they get the pcc from the consulate. You will have to wait until its printed and sent to bls

It shows up on passport portal after local police verification is complete.
Local police station sends it to SP office who update it than you should see it updated.

Thanks for your replies. The passport portal says "since you submitted your application overseas, track it on overseas passport portal".

So I am tracking it at: https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html

Can you please confirm if this is indeed the correct website.

It seems to be correct...alternatively you can try this url as well :

https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html

both portal3 & portal4 leads you to the same server.

28th Apr 2021 - Applied online
13th May 2021 - Police Verification has been initiated
20th May 2021 - PCC is clear. Ready for issuance
24th May 2021 - PCC Printed.
31st May 2021 - Dispatched via Courier
1st June 2021 - Received PCC

My Wife's PCC timeline

6th May 2021 - Applied
18th May 2021 - Police Verification has been initiated
21st May 2021 - PCC is Clear. Ready for Issuance.
24th May 2021 - PCC Printed.
25th May 2021 - Dispatched via Courier
26th May 2021 - Received PCC

Both PCC applications were sent to Toronto. Police clearance was done in Kolkata.

Can you confirm if your application was submitted by Postal or Walk-in ?

I am asking because BLS contact center informed that Postal applications needs to be sent to Brampton Office for people with both Toronto & Brampton jurisdiction areas.

Sorry , it takes 6-7 days to print the PCC certificate after clear PCC report.

Good luck man. I know its sucks for all us but you will get it too soon. Stay positive

Mine got printed too and received soft copy from PCC Consul at 5:30 PM EST today.
Here is my timeline... Best of Luck Everyone!!!!!

8 May 2021	PCC application submitted in person at BLS Brampton Sent email to Consulate General explaining my situtation stating that I have to apply for PR/Bridging Work Permit before 21 May 2021.
9 May 2021	Application received at Consulate and police verification initiated
10 May 2021	Police verification completed from local police station (Canada Thursday Night)
11 May 2021	Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance
14 May to 18 May 2021	Try every possible way to reach out to Consulate. References, emails, call, and Tweets. My strong suggestion do not contact them on Tweeter. It will slow down or hold your application process.
18 May 2021	Received PCC soft copy over the email from PCC Vice Consul. Also received a call to verify it. Consulate help you when its really urgent, but you need to do continuous follow up.
