Hey guys, just got my awb number along with consent form. Do I need to fill all three pages of consent form or only the first one? I am bit confused. Courier guy will collect passport from my consultancy as I have given their address.

Nice. You don't need to inform them anything, they will soon update you with AWB. I wonder how long it takes for them to send mine. @rogerdude1 @Neha.karnad got any update on yours?

I didn't get any form along with acknowledgement. I got two attachments along with awb number email. One is consent form and other is courier/sms form.
The consent form i got is of 4 pages and it requires details and signature on 2-3 & 4th page. Confused whether i need to fill 3 & 4th oage

I mistakenly deleted that, such an idiot.
But it is a 4 page form which needs details and signature on 2-3 & 4th page

The consent form is the general one provided by the vfs for passport submission and biometrics. You only need to fill 2nd page.

I had the same confusion.
So we only need to fill the 2nd page, which is the name, address, number, signature and other stuff. (2nd)
Not the one with biometric consent and everything? (3rd and 4th)?

They just mentioned that courier will be pickedup in maximum 72 hours from the registered address

Received the VFS acknowledgement mail on Jun 24th a day after I received PPR. The payment link was also provided , completed the payment same evening. Got the AWB number on June 25th and by evening the Bluedart courier guy was ready to pick up my package. Had the consent form printed, filled out with blue ink. I signed on 2nd page, and on 3rd page you dont need to fill anything (Indirect submission) and same goes for last page on Biometrics. My passport has reached Bangalore office as of today morning - June 27th. (All west/south zone goes to Bangalore I guess) Now waiting for GC key update on IRCC portal and for passport to be stamped and returned...process going on like clockwork.
