Thank you, I saw this form and section F too. It is very clear that I am supposed to put No for whether previously visited India. However, it is not clear whether the countries listed are on the basis of India and/or Canadian passport. :/

If your place of birth is from India do immigration officer in India ask for surrender certificate when entering on e-visa? Can anyone who travelled without surrender on e-visa share there experience.

I will be curious to know the answer to this as we have travel plans in March and yet to apply for Canadian passport. Also is there a link to forum where we can follow the surrender certificate timeline? Especially BLS Mississauga/ High Commission Toronto?

I haven't traveled to India on an e-visa, but I have seen people posting about surrendering their Indian passports at the regional passport office while traveling on an e-visa. It doesn't seem to be an issue, but I would still consider opinions from someone who has experienced this.
