Of course it will affect it, question is by how much and is it worth worrying about?
As an example, if you arrived January 1 and they date it February 1 and you apply assuming you have 1460 days on January 1 four years later, you would be 30 days short.

But if previous days not counted example; now you have to stay complete 4 years after landing as PR
Then the original entry date or last entry date does not really matter.
To be honest I personally think apply for amended application IMM1436
